Structural imbalances will result in strength deficits, movement dysfunctions, repetitive stress on the spine and joints. In other words, weakness and injuries! If you notice the small pic in the middle on the top, this athlete’s hips were tilted to the left, lumbar tilted to the left, and head slightly tilted to the right. On the prone before pic on the left, you can see his pelvis rotated to the left (right side lower). In his before squat, at the bottom, you can see his pelvis go into the same left tilt and left rotation. The bar tilts to the left and his head more prominently tilts to the right. Other issues that you can not see here were that his right foot needed more inversion, lumbar needed more mobility in right rotation, upper thoracic needed more mobility in right rotation, and his C1 and C2 were out of alignment. After straightening out these issues using BKE Integration, his pelvis was in alignment both on the table and in his squat. His squat was then able to resume safely gaining strength.

Don’t hope you have structural balance, engineer it!
