As promised, the next step in the Covid “never let a crisis go to waste” agenda is in the works. In NJ, there is a bill in process (A4576) to mandate the flu shot for students K-College. Massachusetts recently passed a similar bill. Winter is coming and big pharma and their bought government officials will be pushing it like never before. Before you roll down your sleeve, consider the following:

  1. The flu shot increases your chance of getting other non influenza respiratory infections (including Coronavirus) by a process known as VIRUS INTERFERENCE
  2. Virus interference from the flu shot has been shown to INCREASE COVID-19 BY 36%! 
  3. We may have killed many elderly by pushing the flu shot on them! A study of European countries showed a direct correlation between the percentage of elderly who received the flu shot and deaths from Covid. 
  4. The flu shot typically contains potentially toxic chemicals such as egg protein, thimerosal, antibiotics, polysorbate 80, formaldehyde, “porcine” (pig) gelatin, and MSG.
  5. The flu shot has been reported to have the following adverse reactions: encephalopathy, polyneuritis, optic neuritis, myletis, vasculitis, myelopathy, facial paralysis, brachial plexus neuropathy, reactive arthritis, bullous pemphigoid, polymyalgia rheumatica, uveitis, gianotti-crosti syndrome, erythromelalgia, pericarditis, polyangitis, thrombocytopenia, cellulitis, myositis, asthmatic exacerbations. 
  6. Over 4,000 cases of damages caused by the flu shot have been settled through the Vaccine Compensation Program. A Harvard Medical School study estimated that as few as 1% of adverse reactions are even reported to the VAERS program.  

First they come for the kids, then the adults… first to muzzle us with masks, then a forced flu shot, then to finish us off with the deadly Covid vaccine.

  1. Here are some of the ingredients you’ll find in the flu vaccine:

Egg protein. Many flu vaccines are made by growing the viruses inside fertilized chicken eggs. This means that they contain a small amount of egg protein. A newer version of the vaccine, called Flucelvax, is grown in animal cells instead.

Thimerosal is used as a preservative and to stop microbial contamination of vaccines. It is a derivative of mercury, which is a recognized developmental toxin and suspected immune, kidney, skin, and sense organ toxin. It is one of the most toxic elements that is not radioactive. Although it has been removed from several pediatric vaccines, many flu vaccines still contain 25mcg of mercury per dose. 

Antibiotics are used to to prevent bacterial growth during vaccine production and storage. Neomycin is a deve;lopmental toxin and suspected neurotoxin. Streptomycin is a suspected blood, skin, and sense organ toxin. Polymyxin B is a suspected liver and kidney toxin.

Polysorbate 80 is an emulsifier that keeps all the ingredients evenly distributed. It opens up the blood brain barrier to neurotoxins, such as aluminum and mercury, which normally would not be able to enter. 

Formaldehyde inactivates the virus. It is a known carcinogin and suspected liver, immune, neuro, reproductive, respiratory, skin and sense organ toxin. It is used to embalm fluids. 

Porcine (pig) gelatin protects vaccines from freeze-drying or heat and can cause severe allergic rfeactions.

  1. CDC says “Today’s vaccines use only the ingredients they need to be as safe and effective as possible.” The key word is “as possible”. They admit that vaccines are “unavoidably unsafe.”

The forces that control the body are often hidden. Things are sometimes not what they appear. The key to lasting results is to learn the body’s pattern of cause and effect and address it at its core.
Looking at this before pic, the pelvis is out of alignment and needs to be fixed in order to straighten the lumbar back. However, the question is how do you fix it. In this case, working on the pelvis itself won’t do it. BKE testing revealed that this athlete’s cranium was out of alignment. There is a law called the Lovett Reactor (swipe left) which states that the vertebrae at the top of the spine has a relation to the vertebrae at bottom (including the cranium and pelvis). If it is out of alignment at the top, the corresponding vertebrae at the bottom will also move out of alignment in the opposite direction. In order to fix one, you have to fix both or else the one that is out will drive the one that is in alignment out again.
After working on this athlete’s cranial alignment (swipe left), his pelvis automatically came back into alignment as well as his lumbar spine.

This teen athlete’s back has been hurting and it was no wonder when looking at his pelvis and spine. In this pic you can see how a scoliosis has formed because of the misaligned pelvis. The spine sits in the pelvis. Imagine if you sat on a chair that was uneven. You would be sitting on an angle and would have to twist and rotate your spine in the opposite direction to keep upright. You would naturally create a scoliosis effect in order to not fall over.
So the first step in fixing the lower back is to make sure it has a solid foundation with an aligned pelvis.

My favorite protein powder is this one from Gelatin Innovations. Gelatin is from the bones and connective tissue of animals. It is pure protein and has a different array of amino acids than whey or meats. It is high in glycine which is great for digestion, immunity, inflammation, joint and skin health, and mental relaxation. What causes a “weakness” in a limb?
A muscle contracts when the nervous system tells it to. If the nervous system does not deliver a good message, the muscle will not contract forcefully. The flow of the nervous system can be dampened from chemical inefficiencies, structural misalignments, and a disempowered consciousness.
A BKE assessment on this athlete revealed the following issues:
Structural: • Pelvis tilted downward to the right • Right temporal bone rotated anterior
Muscle Activation: (swipe left to see) • Bilateral oblique • Bilateral quadratus lumborum • Lumbar rotation to the left • Thoracic rotation to the left • Cranial – right temporal bone anteversion (forward rotation)
I used the BKE techniques of cranial realignment, spinal realignment, and meridian balancing to reactivated all the muscles and the pelvis then realigned itself.
As you can see in the before/ after overhead press video, the bar moves faster and her left shoulder is much stronger after the session.

What is your power spice?
Mine is cinnamon, which helps control insulin sensitivity. In my health blueprint, I don’t handle sugar metabolism so well. I was the kid in high school who would fall asleep in class after lunch due to an insulin crash from eating a hero sandwich. So now I avoid processed grains, always have protein, fat, and fiber with my carbs, and use plenty of cinnamon. I put it on my fruit and ricotta in the morning, in my smoothies, and of course on my ice cream lol. We all have a biological pattern that doesn’t change much. The key to health is figuring it out and creating a plan based on your biochemical individuality. Kids and Concussions

Unfortunately, concussions amongst kids in athletics is on the rise today and the injury can have devastating long term effects if not dealt with properly. The usual advice – rest, no stimulation, avoid bright light, no electronics, fish oils and some other nutrients – is good. However, we have found that the following BKE approaches greatly increase the rate of recovery.
1. Cervical Alignment. Often during the impact which caused the injury, the cervical spine gets jammed out of alignment. The brain cord runs down through the spine and if it is being pinched right at the base, this will cause a tremendous strain on the brain and drastically slow down healing.
2. Cranial Alignment. Also during impact, often the bones of the cranium slightly move out of alignment. There are 14 major bones in the head and they need to be aligned and have some mobility in order remove any additional pressure on the brain.
3. Meridian Balancing. In eastern medicine acupuncture theory, there are 14 pathways of energy that run throughout your body. Each meridian is associated with a different muscle, organ, vertebrae, and other acupuncture points. It is kind of like the unseen intelligence that controls your nervous system. When there is stress in the nervous system, it can throw this meridian system off, kind of like blowing a fuse. We use BKE to rebalance the meridians and allow the nervous system to restore itself. Often after a balancing session, the person will need to fall asleep. This is the nervous system shutting down in order to reboot itself, similar to a computer loading a new program.
4. Nutrition Optimization. There are certain nutrients that will be needed in higher than normal amounts to heal the brain, such as magnesium and fats. However, we use BKE to determine exactly which nutrients are needed at that time for optimal healing. A holistic approach is needed as the nervous system extends throughout the entire body.
