Elderberry Syrup to Boost Immunity

Elderberry Syrup to Boost Immunity
Elderberry syrup is an excellent natural and cost effective immune booster. Full of vitamin A and other nutrients to protect you from viruses and bacteria. Here is how to make it at home:
1. Purchase a bag of dried elderberries from amazon or a health food store.
2. Put about an inch into a small pot.
3. Add pure water until it’s about 2 inches above the elderberries.
4. Bring to a boil
5. Add cinnamon, fresh ginger (grate or slice), a few cloves (not too many as it is very strong), add honey (to taste, preferably organic and locally grown).
6. Summer for 40 minutes.
7. Strain.
8. Pour into glass jar and cool.
9. Refrigerate.
10. Take a tablespoon a few times a day for maintenance.
11. When fighting a cold take a tablespoon every hour.
A lot better than poisonous antibiotics or tamifiu! Great for kids.
